A few quick fire questions
If I want to buy a gift, do I buy it through you?
No. We’re completely impartial and source all of our gifts from independent stores. If you’re interested in one, you will be sent directly to that product on the sellers own website.
Are there any guarantees that these websites are safe to buy through?
All our partners are heavily vetted to make sure that you get the very best experience. Not only do they all have a secure check out process but they also offer excellent customer service.
If I choose to save a profile, is my information safe?
Absolutely. When you save a profile, we promise to only use your email address to send you 15 tailored gift ideas in time for your friend’s special occasions. We have never, and will never pass your email to third parties.
Can I see more than 15 gifts when I run search?
You certainly can. People often miss the message bubble that pops up but all you need to do is click the close button that’s in the top right of every gift and we replace it with a new one. The added bonus is that we get more evidence for our studies so we can do even better next time.
Does using the Facebook link really speed up the process?
It really does. Basically, if you choose a Facebook friend then we can take most of the information we need from their Facebook profile. It also allows you to quickly set reminders for a group of friends so you get 15 perfect gift ideas before their occasions.
