15gifts Named as Best Customer Conversion Platform

15gifts has been named as Best Customer Conversion Platform in the prestigious Performance Marketing Awards 2021.  15gifts was chosen due to the performance of our redeveloped guided selling engine, which uses consumer psychology, unique data and advanced machine learning to help customers make confident buying decisions, delivering our clients an RoI in excess of 40x.

The judges also highlighted new platform capabilities introduced by 15gifts in 2020, including our Profiles offering, which delivers significant additional value from the customer data generated in the recommendation process. It allows clients to know as much about prospects as they do their existing customers, and more than 15 million Profiles were generated across 15gifts clients, giving them unprecedented prospect information.

15gifts was also Finalist in the Retail Systems Awards 2021 in three categories – Online Innovation of the Year in in partnership with Vodafone, as well as Ecommerce Technology Vendor of the Year and Personalised Retail Solution of the Year.
