We're thrilled to announce that our CEO & Founder, Tom Cox, has been named 'One to Watch' in The LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders for 2025!

Now in its eighth year, this prestigious programme, created by private equity investor LDC and The Times, celebrates the drive and ambition of Britain’s brightest entrepreneurs. This year saw almost 700 nominations, highlighting exceptional leaders who are building successful, growing businesses across the UK.

The business leaders featured in The LDC Top 50 for 2025 are making a powerful impact by creating jobs, championing sustainability, and expanding internationally. Collectively, they employ almost 10,000 people and generate combined revenues of £1.2bn.

The 'Ones to Watch' category specifically recognises individuals who are making significant progress, scaling their businesses, and showing outstanding potential for even greater success. It's an honour for Tom to be recognised among leaders who excel in their fields and create a positive impact on their customers and employees.
