About us

We believe in a more human online experience,
using deep psychology principles to create confident
online buyers.

Our Story

15gifts began life as an intelligent recommendation engine for tailored gift ideas. From here, we evolved our technology into a bespoke product for enterprise clients.

Today, we work with some of the world’s leading telecommunications and media brands throughout Europe and the US. Every day, our technology powers millions of confident customer decisions across brands such as Verizon, T-Mobile, EE, Tesco and Vodafone.

We’re a fast-growing organisation with ambitious growth targets over the coming years - we’re very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. Our team is made up of driven, ambitious, and exceptional individuals, and we welcome like-minded people who wish to become part of our success story.

We're Hiring

As we continue to grow, we’re always on the lookout for talented, ambitious individuals to join us.

Our Culture

Every member of the 15gifts team contributes to the success of our company - success that is underpinned by our cultural values. These values are not something we stick up on a wall – they don’t need to be. They’re behaviours that we recognise and celebrate in each other. They are what we live by every day.

15gifts cultural values:

  • Positive vibes
  • Take the initiative
  • Seek feedback
  • Stay ahead
  • Team 15gifts

Our values are driven through Culture Club – a staff team that rotates every quarter. Culture Club activates ideas, explores opportunities and helps everyone at 15gifts to connect.

Working at 15gifts

We can confidently say that our sea-view office is one of Brighton’s best. It’s a flexible space where you can work every day, or only when you need to.

Giving ultimate flexibility to our team, we have developed into a remote workforce that are free to work from any UK location but have access to our Brighton office when they choose. This also allows us to attract a wide range of talent - something we get really excited about.

All we ask is that you come into the office for a minimum of three days per quarter, one of which includes our quarterly team get together.

When in the office, we have flexible workspaces - which means you’re not tied to a desk, unless you want to be. You could work in a sociable spot on floor 4, or set yourself up with a screen on floor 3.

The office is everyone’s space and it’s available after work – our staff host everything from gaming and craft nights to adventure film screenings.
