Our mission is to power the world’s virtual sales conversations and our next milestone in that journey is to create a virtual sales advisor that performs better than a human sales advisor.

We're stretching ourselves into new and exciting areas and navigating change at pace.

We are now looking for a Chief People & Culture Officer to join the leadership team and help us to evolve to achieve that mission.

We have now reached the size where we need an experienced people leader to own our people strategy, define our employee experience, embed right sized processes and manage change - allowing us to make this important transition culturally as a team of high performers, living our values and growing together.

The person we’re looking for

– Extensive people and culture leadership experience in a fast moving SaaS business

– Know how to define and lead a best in class Employee Experience

– Expert communicator with proven experience leading internal communications through change

– Exceptional leadership skills with ability to develop those skills in others

– Experienced in building and owning people strategies from the ground up and right sizing for our stage of growth – c. 100

You’ll be responsible for

Strategic People Leadership:

– Develop and execute a people strategy aligned to business goals

– Lead, grow and develop the people team

– Own the people budget – ensuring the most effective use of investment

– Define our Employee Experience and develop and implement the policies, procedures, and programmes that deliver on it

Talent Acquisition and Management:

– Oversee the talent acquisition function

– Implement strategies for attracting and retaining exceptional people

– Oversee a hiring process that ensures that new starters meet the core needs of the business at that moment in time

Employee Engagement and Development:

– Lead the design and implementation of development and training programmes – ensuring we develop our team at all levels

– Foster career growth and advancement opportunities

– Measuring employee engagement to facilitate continual optimisation

Performance Management:

– Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation processes

– Drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement

– Implement a rewards and recognition programme that aligns with company values

Compensation and Benefits:

– Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

– Promote effective employee relations and conflict resolution

– Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters
